1) I would like to rent The Coach House for holiday accommodation for the following period:

3) I agree to pay £______ as rental for the period set out in section 1. above.
4) I enclose £______ which is 50% of the rental (this should be precisely half the figure entered in clause 3) which is my initial payment for my holiday, and will pay the remainder of the rental together with any charges at least 8 weeks before the commencement of my holiday. (If the holiday is within 8 weeks then 100% of the rental
plus any charges should be paid).
5) I will not be bringing any pets or children under 12 years of age with me, and understand that no smoking is allowed in The Coach House. I will pay the sum of £50 refundable security deposit on arrival.

I declare that I am over 18 years of age and agree that this booking is made in accordance with the Booking Conditions and the Terms of the proposal form.
I agree to be held responsible for the balance of the total rental and charges herein payable in accordance with the Booking Conditions.
I undertake to take care of the property, which I am renting for my holiday and will replace or pay for any articles damaged, chipped or lost by my party or me.
I will leave the property in a clean and tidy condition and will pay for any additional cleaning if I fail to do so, and will return the key to the person and/or place from which I obtained it.

Notes: During main holiday periods, changeover day is Saturday, and the cottage is available from 3.00 PM on arrival day, until 10 am upon departure. At other times, short breaks are sometimes available by special arrangement. Full linen included at all times. A deposit of 50% of the total is due with the booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. On arrival a security deposit of £50 is requested which is refunded on leaving provided that no damage has occurred. Your booking if made by telephone will be held for 5 days. If your deposit has not been received before then we are unable to reserve your booking. Please make cheques payable to D.C.Lusty.
